POWDER
PAINT FLUID BED
 The
Fluid Bed suspends the powder on a column of slow moving air. The result is a
beautifully thin, uniform coat of powder with every dip. A thinner coat means
less wasted paint and, in most cases, will leave hook eyes unplugged. Includes
one 3" cup. Extra cups available.

Fluid Bed Instructions:
-
Turn
on air supply to fluid bed before adding powder paint
-
Keep
air pump away from powder dust so filter on air pump doesn't become clogged
and restrict air flow.

Regulate
air to bring powder to slight boil. Too much air flow will result in
excessive dust.

Dip
preheated part into fluidized powder with a quick “swishing” motion and
remove at once.

If
powder smokes, the part is too hot.
-
Powder
should finish melting within several seconds after part is removed from
powder.

To
change powder color, empty excess powder into container for future use.
Vacuum out cup and add new powder paint.
