order. All C.O.D. orders are cash only and available only to Canadian
shipping addresses. Maximum C.O.D. is $500.00. All C.O.D.s are cash

Prices shown are in Canadian Dollars. All prices are subject to change
without notice. Everyone pays the same low prices including dealers and
guides. Prices do not include applicable taxes. Volume
Discounts are automatically calculated after your annual purchases reach
$500 CAD.

MANUFACTURERS & DEALERS
We require a signed PST Exemption certificate before we can ship PST
exempt. Real Pro's SportFishing does not give credit terms or have open

SHIPPING
& HANDLING
Shipment of stock items are usually made within 48 hours. We
occasionally hold an order when out-of-stock items are due within a
week. Allow extra time for delivery when paying by cheque to allow
cheques to clear our bank.
SMALL ITEM
COUNTS
All bulk items are counted by weight and guaranteed accurate ± 2%.
TAXES
All prices, unless otherwise stated, exclude applicable taxes. All
Canadian residents must pay GST (5%). All Ontario residents must also
pay Ontario Sales Tax (8%). Residents of NF, NB & NS (Canada) are
exempt from GST but must pay HST (13%). All orders shipped outside
Canada are tax exempt from Canadian taxes. (Your country may charge
import levies - see International
Orders)
RETURNS
You must notify us within 7
days of receiving your order of any intended returns or a
re-stocking fee of 20% will become applicable on all returned goods. All
returned
goods must be unused in original packaging and resalable condition. No
returns will be excepted after 30 days.
