re-stocking fee of 30% will become applicable on all returned goods. All
goods must be unused in original packaging and resalable condition. No
returns will be accepted after 30 days. Under special circumstances returns will
be allow after 30 days. A credit note only will be issued for any accepted
returns after 30 days. We do not refund the shipping costs on returns.
Real Pro's SportFishing's preferred shipper is Canada Post.
can ship using your courier (ie Fedex or Purolator) only if you have an account
with the courier you wish to use and the shipping is billed to your account. We
charge a $10.00 fee if you wish to use another courier. Please note: If we get
billed by your courier for a shipment which was supposed to be billed to your
account you will be charged for the full amount of the courier bill plus a
service charge of $20.00.
YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS

parcels shipping to Canadian addresses. Canada Post will not deliver your parcel
if the address is incomplete or incorrect. The most common error is a missing
unit number. If your address includes a unit number (Apt #, Suite # or Box #)
and it is not on the shipping label your parcel may be returned to us by Canada
If your parcel is returned
to us by Canada Post because you gave us an incomplete adderess there will be an
additional shipping fee for the returned parcel (that's right Canada Post
charges us for the returned parcel!) plus another shipping charge to re-ship
your order to you. That means you may have to pay for the shipping three times
if your address is incorrect. Please double check your shipping address.
