Gate shears use a shearing action to cleanly remove the gates or spruces from
your small castings without leaving a nub. Also doubles as a monofiliment line
clipper! The cutting edges are very fine and sharp; the grips are covered with
cushioned plastic. This tool should only be used to cut thin soft materials such
as lead, soft copper wire or plastics. Tool life will be reduced if used to cut
hard or thick materials. Warning:
This tool must not be used to cut hardened wire. Made in USA.
